today another lazy sunday.. this morning i woke up quite early around 11..haha..normally i always wake up in the afternoon if got nothing to do.. so im thinking want to cook today..coz ive got no plans at all..then i went to bentleigh..go to the chinese supermarket there n bought some groceries..but at last today only cook the same thing like yesterday..hehe..and the weather forecast ystdy is not correct!!today is very sunny, no rain at all, but today was a bit cooler than ystdy, which is good.. cool and sunny..haha..

its weird coz im kinda missing those times when i was still working in the kitchen..last time i didnt really enjoy working inside the kitchen though..now i miss it!! miss the hectic times when do service, do mise en place, handling with knifes, slicer machine and other stuffs n machine in the kitchen.. miss the staff meal, chef uniform, and the safety boots!!haha..now i only use my knife when i cook at home.. i really enjoy cooking..i have no regrets at all that i choose to study culinary..now i want to look for another kitchen jobs..i really miss it!! even though its hard and tiring, but i feel that im happy with that..

its not like my current job right now, i work as a cashier in a japanese  fast food restaurant. its an easy job, juz stand there at cashier, take order, shout to the kitchen then take money, serve to customer, and do cleaning as well, like clear the table after customer left, or sweep n mop the floor or wipe the windows and glass doors sometimes.. they give me very short shifts, one day work only aorund 4 hours maximum.. not tiring actually, except when i work morning and must clean the whole restaurant, sweep n mop n wipe all tables.. but its very boring.. not challenging at all.. the fun part is only i get to meet a lot of ppl and talk with the customers.. at first i like the job, coz its very easy, different from my last work experience in the kitchen.. hehe.. but after i while i get bored.. and now change manager also, not really good i think.. i like the manager last time, more professional, jap restaurant should be managed by a jap manager also right, to make it more authentic..

but i will still work there until i get other job.. and now im slowly finding another job that got link with what im studying now.. but i really wish i can work inside kitchen, whether in cold or hot kitchen or pastry as well..hehe.. to prepare for next  july my work integrated learning also.. i need to work for total 500 hours  in 6 months.. i need to find a job that can compliment my studies now.. its very hard to find a job now.. some of my friends cant get job for their WIL, so they enroll to the next semester while they keep looking for jobs.. i hope i can get a job then finish my WIL this year.. :)


oh ya..one thing i'd like to talk right now..hehe.. no offence at all.. but i juz feel that having friends around me that are not from indo is better somehow..i mean malaysian or singaporean is a lot better than indonesians here.. i duno why i feel many indo here like to show off very much.. very cocky n arrogant.. hihihi.. but of course not all of indos are like that.. like me like me =P i have good friends from indo also here.. this is just my personal opinion.. coz form what i know, some indos like to show off what they have, what they can buy, act like they know everything as if they are the smartest .. i mean i know u can have u can buy u can know all those things but u no need to show off.. in some cases yes sometimes u can, but not all the time right..my sporean or msian friends all are not like that, even though i know also they have everything, smart, even a lot more better than the indos that are "belagu banget", but they are more humble.. :)

anyway...ystdy i juz put a new playlist to my blog.. there are 11 songs total.. these songs now are all over my head everytime..haha.. juz like the first song "replay" by Iyaz, got me singin na na na everyday its like my iPod stuck on replay.. haha.. from these 11 songs, the most i like right now are the first, second, third, fourth, nine n eleventh song..hehe.. maybe after a while i will change the playlist again and add another songs.. so keep visiting my blog.. enjoy reading my posts and listening to the songs yea.. ;)
